Painting and Siding Phases
Through scheduled painting phases, the Association maintains building exteriors. Please advise Property Management if attention to your property is required between the scheduled phases.
Eight Year Schedule
The following Painting Phases meet the goal of maintaining our property consistently and address exterior building deterioration. Owners are asked to advise Property Management of areas that need attention.
Owners are reminded that they should paint their decks and porches on the 3rd and 6th year between phases. Please refer to Paint Colors.
