The Annual Meeting of the Ledgewood Hills Condominium Association is traditionally held on the third Wednesday in January. At this meeting, elections for new members of the Board of Directors are held; the Annual Meeting minutes of the previous year are approved; year-end reports from the Board of Directors, Committees and Property Management are delivered.
The Ledgewood Hills Condominium Association meets on the third Wednesday of each month. At each meeting, reports are delivered by the Board of Directors, Property Management, and Committees as appropriate. Residents and owners are invited to present questions, issues, and other good news to the Board and Property Management.
The meeting location and time is posted in the monthly newsletter, as well as by email message from Property Management.
The Board of Directors meet on a monthly basis at the Clubhouse following the Association's Monthly Meeting. Meeting minutes are posted for owner's review.
The Finance Committee meets on a bi-monthly basis at the Clubhouse.
Other committee meetings are scheduled according to the committee's needs. Contact Property Management to connect with a committee chairperson.
