1) Rules and Regulations of the Ledgewood Hills Condominium Association. This document outlines the requirements of the Ledgewood Hills owners and tenants/residents/guests to operate in accordance with the Bylaws.

2) Ledgewood Hills Association Bylaws. The Bylaws establish the requirements of the Association to operate in accordance with HB353.

3) New Hampshire HB 353 An Act relative to the governance of condominium unit owners' associations. HB353 sets the requirements that must be followed by condominium associations in the state of New Hampshire.
