Trash Pick-up for townhouses and detached homes is Tuesday morning.  Pick-up begins early. Please do not put trash out until after sunset on Monday evening. After trash pick-up on Tuesday, please remove barrels from the street.  Please see Trash Disposal for more information.

Pools are traditionally open Memorial Day through Labor Day, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Adult swim (no children) is at the lower clubhouse pool daily from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Adult swimmers must be 16 or older for adult swim. For more information, please visit Pools.

Homeowners Insurance master policy deductible is $25,000. Our carrier is Infinger Insurance. 

Owners who need "proof of insurance" for their mortgage company can contact Kim at 603.447.5123 or kim@infingerinsurance.com. A copy of the insurance certificate can be sent by email message directly to your requester and you. 

Chimney Inspections for townhouses & detached homes with a wood-burning fireplace (excludes gas-burning fireplaces) are required every other year. Inspection certificates are due to Property Management by October 15th of that year.

Painting and staining of front and rear steps (townhouses and detached homes) is required by the owner in the third and sixth years after the painting cycle of that unit. Visit Property, for the painting phase schedule and approved paints and stains.
