Ledgewood Hills Condominium Association
The cornerstone of our community is the Ledgewood Hills Condominium Association. The function of the Association is to provide for the management, maintenance and care of our condominium community.
All property owners, who are current in payment of Association fees and charges, are active members of the Association. As active members, property owners elect the Board of Directors to manage the Association in compliance with the Association's Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.
Property owners also contribute to the operations of the Association through Committee membership. Joining a Committee is an excellent way to become a contributing member of the Association and community.
The Association contracts with Foxfire Property Management for onsite property management. Please connect with the Association, the Board of Directors, and Committee chairs through Foxfire Property Management.
Regular meetings of the Association are held on a monthly basis — as well as an Annual Meeting in January to which all owners are encouraged to attend.
