Committees are critical to the success our Ledgewood Hills Condominium Association community.
To serve on a committee, contact Property Management who will put you in touch with the committee chair for more information. If the committee contains a maximum number of members, you can be placed on a wait list.

Preserve the integrity, style, and character of our Community as originally designed and developed. Membership: 7 min / 9 max
Capital Reserve
Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
Develop, update, and recommend a funding schedule for each reserve account. Reserve accounts are used to fund infrequent, but necessary maintenance work, such as roads and roofs. Membership: 6 min / 9 max
Community Garden
Support overall management of the garden, and maintain the garden plot assignment and wait list.

Propose an annual budget to the Board of Directors and review monthly income and expenses. Membership: 10 min / 13 max.
