Using approved paint formulas, painting or staining of decks (front, rear, steps) is required by the unit owner in the third and sixth years after the painting cycle.
The Association maintains the property in painting and rehabilitation phases. Owners are not to paint, decorate or otherwise change the external appearance of their unit—including the building exterior, windows, window grids and coverings or doors without the approval of the Ledgewood Hills Board of Directors.
The Association will paint garage doors and bulkheads as part of the eight-year painting cycle.
Please contact the Property Manager for more information, or if your property needs attention between cycles.
