Property - Architectural standards

The Association maintains the property in painting and rehabilitation phases. Owners are not to paint, decorate or otherwise change the external appearance of their unit—including the building exterior, windows, window grids and coverings or doors without the approval of the Ledgewood Hills Board of Directors. 

The Association will paint garage doors and bulkheads as part of the eight-year painting cycle.

Property Owner Responsibility / Painting

Owners are requested to paint their decks (front and rear), porches and steps; in the third and sixth year after each painting cycle.
