Three Payment Options
The 2025 monthly Ledgewood Hills Condominium Association Fee is $596.
The monthly fee is established yearly in December and becomes effective on the first day of January each year. In order to meet the financial obligations of the Ledgewood Hills Condominium Association, all fees are due and payable by the first of the month.
There are three methods of payment of this fee:
- Pay by personal checking account and mail your payment to: Foxfire Property Management, P.O. Box 1438, Concord, NH 03302
- Pay by personal checking account and drop off your payment at Property Management's onsite mailbox outside the Clubhouse
- Schedule automated payment through Alliance Association Bank (AAB)
A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed for fees received after the tenth (10th) day of the month. Unit owners who fail to pay fees will be subject to a lien and accelerated payment of unpaid fees for the year.
