To expedite requests for all insurance certificates, all requests should be made directly to the Ledgewood Hills Condominium Association's insurance agent, Infinger Insurance at 603.447.5123.  You can also send an email request to Kim@infingerinsurance.com. She will provide the insurance certificates directly to the requestor for you, as well as provide you with a copy for your files.

Please be aware that in a situation where a unit at Ledgewood Hills suffers damage of any kind, the unit owner is responsible for the first $25,000 of damage, regardless of the cause.  Your homeowner's insurance policy should be custom designed to protect you from this significant exposure.
