“Breathing is the greatest pleasure in life.” – Giovanni Papini
The installation of a Radon Mitigation System requires Association approval of your plan.
Because the system is installed on the exterior of the building, approval from the Association's Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and Board of Directors is required for the location and routing of the piping and fan unit before installation work can begin. To obtain approval, please prepare a Property Modification Request -- and submit it to Property Management.
All exterior piping will need to be painted to match the gray siding or white trim of the building, depending on the location. If weather conditions are too cold or damp for painting outside, the PVC piping should be pre-painted before installation. The fan unit should be painted unless the manufacturer states that painting would affect the performance of the unit.
Please connect with Property Management if you have any questions.
Before you install, or contract to install, a radon mitigation system, approval of your planned installation is required by the Ledgewood Hills Condominium Association.
Please submit a Property Modification Request form to Property Management.
