Gutters and Downspouts

Before Installing New Gutters or Downspouts
In 2019-2020, Ledgewood Hills installed new roofs throughout the property. This work included the replacement of existing gutters and downspouts.
Some buildings, such as townhouses, were not designed to have gutters and downspouts on every exterior wall. Owners may choose to have them installed, at their expense. The new gutters and downspouts should match those currently existing on the property, in color, size, shape, leaf filters and end caps.
Before owners install, or contract to install new gutters or downspouts, a Property Modification Request must be approved, before work can begin.

Approval Required
Before you install, or contract to install new gutters or downspouts, approval of your planned installation is required by the Ledgewood Hills Condominium Association.
Please submit a Property Modification Request form to Property Management.
