Property - architectural standards

The Association maintains the property in eight year painting and rehabilitation phases. Owners are asked to not paint nor change the external appearance of their unit without the approval of the Ledgewood Hills Board of Directors. 

Many properties have bulkheads at the side or in the rear of their property. Responsibility for maintaining and painting bulkheads lies with the association, which will paint bulkheads as part of the eight year painting cycle.

Please contact the Property Manager for more information, or if your bulkhead needs attention between painting cycles.
