– Ralph Waldo Emerson
If you want to replace your air conditioning system, please choose a new one that visually matches the existing condensers near your home and fits into the same footprint. A new unit will involve not only the unit itself; a new condenser pad may be required, as well as piping, wiring, electrical panel and controls.
If your unit is not in a painting phase, any new external piping or conduit will need to be painted to match your building. After installation, the proper removals and disposing of old components is required.
Before you contract to install or install a new air conditioning system, please submit a Property Modification Request to Property Manager.
Please send a Property Modification Request to the Property Manager before contracting for or beginning any work.
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is currently reviewing rules and regulations for Heat Pump systems. Please connect with Property Management for the latest information before contracting for, or commencing installation, of a Heat Pump system.
